Hello fellow BP members from New York!

For any new or experienced investors out there, I wanted to say hello.

Right now I'm working with a partner helping home owners who are going in foreclosure in the Cortland, Tompkins and Onondaga Counties. It's working really well, we're able to get meetings and the owners are more than thankful for our help.  If you're interested in knowing more I'll be happy to share with you guys.

What strategies have been working for you?

Thanks,

Nick
