Someone in poor health caring for an adult child is in a bad spot in life and moving is very overwhelming.

Unfortunately I am in healthcare and cannot take time off to travel to see or rehab any properties.

I currently work as a PM building for a commercial general contractor in SoCal with background in hospitality, aviation, private commercial and healthcare.

Two years ago hospitals and healthcare facilities were hiring left and right to every person that had a RN degree, even without traveling experience, paying 2 or 3 times more because how desperate they were.

Military personnel already put themselves at risk at the direction of millionaires and billionaires with great salaries, housing, healthcare, and security.
