I guess dust is not settled yet...I hear that everyone is saying it's case by case...and everything is negotiable!!!I'm wondering though...if you buy a new constructon, will builders still pay for a buyer's agent fee?

Today, we visited 14 of our homes under construction in North Port, FL.We love to see the progress of each home after every visit.

We are still under construction but we ended up having to do everything including sub flooring, attic, roof, HVAC etc.

So, if interest rates are a buyer’s primary roadblock, then I recommend negotiating a rate buydown at a seller’s expense or looking at new construction, where builders are offering rate reductions and other substantial incentives.

To put this in context, I own a construction, renovation company.

Hello Bigger Pockets,I've been in construction for a little under a decade now, and I know what it takes to build a house from the ground up.

I currently work in construction and have some experience in all aspects of building.

SHould I just pass on this old property and look into new construction?   

I am new to real estate investing and was looking into taking a heloc on my primary to purchase land and do a construction loan.

If the city's requirements are bare-bones but all active rental listings are more elaborate, we go with the market trends to make sure we are competitive & provide what tenants are looking for.
