Here are two more strategies I have received tons of calls from 1) Put your business card in every real estate related book at book stores, home depot, lowes etc.  2) Tell every postman or postwoman, UPS Driver, Fed-Ex Driver what you do and give them your business card. 

You might start out by listening to this podcast http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/03/26... and then search the BiggerPockets bookstore or Amazon for books that teach how to analyze multifamily real estate.

I hope you have that much success.)There are plenty of good books in the biz section of your fave bookstore or go public at library if you are feeling cheap.

Instead, we went to the book store, bought some books and started reading.

I don’t find a ton of value in those programs when I consider the cost of them (I am not saying they don’t have value, I just think you can get the same info from a book at the bookstore versus $5K, $10K, $20K some of these programs charge).

I remember it had a cool bookstore.
