Take a trip over to the HOA management office and ask for a copy of the budget also, look up the HOA at the corporation commission's website, they may be required to publish budgets with their annual report.

If anyone has, have you tested listing that web address in all the letters vs, for example, after 3 have been sent or some other combination?

The listing has disappeared from the web site where you had to submit offers to.My agent had called and got the standard reply "the bank has all the offers but has not made a decision".How long does it take the bank to make a decision?
