Well I'm a Lifecoach and Speaker here in Northern NJ and I have been interested in Realestate for a while never got  the courage to really pursue.

I host a monthly meetup in Kitchener(based on KWC), different monthly speakers along with my presentation on current market growth and the factors effecting it.

Hey BP,I'm looking to update my "elevator pitch" for REIA Network Meetings and I'm in need for a couple ideas if you don't mind helping me out.I'm no slick city speaker and I'm a way better email speaker, so here's my present elevator pitch:"Hey there, I'm Jerome, an Investor Agent helping new and old investors make money out in Pasadena Maryland. 

I always hear guest speakers say, "I bought a duplex as my first investment," but I'm thinking, "How?"  

The Quick Pitch is a great way to connect with others and expose your needs.We had a large turn out at that open forum, lots of learning and real estate education - we discussed some creative Control and Roll system; this system is used to flip properties -- within 3 weeks without ownership; as reported to me,  the CEO of the REIA and auction company, our members settle hundreds of transactions for short term profits.I suggest you become a member of as many REIA's that you have time for - they are a great place to network and learn from other -----WARNING - some of the REIA's have guess speakers selling courses and seminars - make sure you check them out before you make a decision to buy their programs - there are lots of local mentors and professionals right here in Baltimore Maryland who will hold your hand, teach and mentor you - no need to buy a course from someone 3000 miles away - STAY LOCAL!

Not only are all the speakers amazing and knowledgeable, but the cost of the  program is very reasonable too.

Thank you guys this was all helpful.I also signed up for this 3 day workshop hoping to learn something new.The first day was such a waste because the speaker spent 6 hours telling us stories and how times are changing.

It was packed full of knowledgeable speakers who were not pushing DVD's for sale.
