Very New to Realestate Investing but very ambitious

Hey, 

How are all my BP family I'm new  to the family so I know that their is love on this platform. Well I'm a Lifecoach and Speaker here in Northern NJ and I have been interested in Realestate for a while never got  the courage to really pursue. But already looking in to a multi family home in Newark or Bloomfield NJ as my first investment property. And start flipping properties untill I'm able to get the capital needed for more investment properties. Any suggestions I know I can get help here! :)

Sean Jones I would suggest that you create a account with meetup.com to see what local REIA are happening in your area you will be surprised how much you can learn from these investors at the meet-ups .Jeff Stewart the group the he mentioned about is a good one to I went last night and met with many lenders, investors, wholesalers. Plus the guy who hosted the group Glenn is really good. I'm located in Bloomfield as well maybe we can talk real estate someday
