With you being a GC you can do better then most investors since everything can be done by you and not hired out.

Even if there was insurance specific to MTR you're also occasionally doing STR so you need insurance that also contemplates that usage.Foremost is a specialty carrier that is owned by Farmers.

If you can invest locally, I'd recommend doing that before investing out of state.
