You have a grey roof and white  windows so I would suggest you could do a yellow/cream with black shutters if you are going to keep them. 

Would you shave an additional 25% off for the usuals...vacancy, maintenance, taxes, the unexpected?  

This not only results in two extra payments per year, but will shave years off your amortization.

My choice would be cream, white, or a light linen.
