After reading the new law I do think the original investor will have the opportunity to purchase the property at the high bid amount. 

I believe I can demonstrate that the property was originally used as a two-unit dwelling, which could strengthen my case.I want to ensure this deal is still viable and that securing the proper permits is realistic, as my financial projections are based on this being a multifamily property.

The storyline lost its original appeal.

I was unsure of how it would go originally when I started back in 2017 with our 1st section 8 tenant. 

Ok buckle up if these assumptions are good:Over the years I have seen a lot of things go wrong and very few right when someone took a primary residence and made it into a rent home, having no experience and the property is not something you would buy originally as a rental property.

If 30% was already paid on original loan by seller why I have to refinance at Property current value?
