I really appreciate the share.Buying that volume of Chicago tax liens has to be a good long-term play...I'd love to understand their strategy and thought process.For those who didn't want to do the math that is $4,000 per tax lien which just seems ridiculous lol I've done extensive modeling and work on this exact niche - Cook County Tax Liens.
