Quick intro - I am an Army Infantry Veteran and recent MBA graduate.

I am also 3 classes away from finishing my MBA.

I've managed to stay debt free my entire life through college and getting my MBA.

If an investor type in my area lied to a lender the word was out within a month, sometimes sooner, depends on when the next MB/MBA or NBA meeting was, watercooler talk can kill your business.

I live in the greater Boston area, work in finance and have completed about 60% of Villanova’s MBA program…not that I’m counting or anything!

However, I am only a few years out of undergrad and I am considering getting an MBA in the next 2-3 years.

With low price points on houses, as well as a lack of quality student rentals, we feel a niche market is untapped and were exploring it further.The UofW has a Law School as well as the Odette School of Business which offers an MBA program this could be a good opportunity.That being said, Kory, are we missing anything?

@Manolo D.You are asking the right question but to the wrong audience.Go mingle where the mortgage lenders and services are found.Try MBA, the local chapter of United Trustee Assoc, and wherever assets managers go (probably bars). 

Also, I have been a Licensed P&C agent since 2009 and just obtained my MBA concentrating in finance.

I am taking college courses now and knocking out my freshmen year- as I want to get my MBA in my fourth year of school.
