I have no rental properties in Poway but we have made offers and would have made an offer last month but someone had their offer accepted before we got ours submitted (snooze you loose but our agent is monitoring it). 

"You're property has been damaged and you will now loose out on occupancy until repairs are complete and you may or may not be responsible for the costs?"

Never mind the elderly and children and the expecting mothers who might loose their children.

I’m not sure what others have seen in this area, but I’ve spoken to a number of lenders and it looks like the “no cap” is being loosely (but fairly consistently) defined as about $1.5M.

I've seen investors both loose money and make money.

This leads me to believe the rules may be bent further.It definitely wouldn’t hurt to try, as I feel there will be very loose standards and oversight as this is rolled out.

Its a shade of gray for some title insurers and for others its clear, you loose title insurance using quit claim. 

I feel a bit embarrassed that my panties got in a bunch cause I was loosing money...this to will pass.   

I’m not going to loose any good tenants over a short term problem.

This generally includes opening up the location as much as possible, removing any loose debris, vacuuming out all dust, making sure no insulation is there (yea right, good luck in a ceiling), and finally wrapping everything with tape and inserting those plastic things up into the jacket where the wires come out to make safe the place where the wire is going to rub against the jacket/mount when someone works on the wiring.
