I'd be inclined to get out from under that one, and chalk it up to a lesson learned (or a few!)

My father and aunt are inclined to sell, but I am thinking about buying, and doing either a BRRRR or flip, but would like to get some insight/advice to an experienced investor in the area. 

I'm inclined to believe a RE crash is imminent in the US, thoughts on trying to time this?

If the host takes ownership of the issue, and commits to addressing the problem, I am even more inclined to book with them.  

However I’m inclined to think that 2 stimulus packages of these large amounts cant be good for the future of the economy can it?

Knowing what I know now I am more inclined to purchase a property that is cashflowing a higher amount in an area that has less costs of ownership ( property tax, no hoa, etc etc)What would you do if you were in my position and why?

Most of the designs have been around forever, parts aren't hard to come by, nor are technicians if you are inclined to replace something.

These properties may be more inclined to sell fast.
