Which appliances !? Brands?

Hi, fellow landlords. Which appliances/companies have you had the most success with durability and maintenance programs? I like GE and Whirlpool. How about Armana? My mom and sister love LG. I'm looking for a simple lower cost but durable fridge, washer, and dryer specifically.

I'm liking best buy financing, delivery, install, and geek squad service/protection programs. Anyone use them?

How about home depot? and their delivery, install, maintenance warranty?

I'm located in central valley CA

It would be really appreciated,

Thanks!

American-made. GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire (some of their stuff is from Mexico) is mostly what I buy for rentals. Most of the designs have been around forever, parts aren't hard to come by, nor are technicians if you are inclined to replace something. I use the same Frigidaire dishwasher in virtually everything; then when I have to replace a unit, I keep the old one and cannibalize it for replacement parts for the others until it's a skeleton. Ranges and Refrigerators last a very long time.

I use Lowe's. I get contractor and/or military pricing. HD always hassles me on the military pricing.
