Apparently , he 'attempted' to reinstall blinds but when he installed the hardware for the blinds his drill torque was too strong and he split the wood on the inside of each window frame!

Hinges & drawer hardware are easy to adjust.No concerns with durability with either the boxes or doors/drawers.
