I see that you just bought a MFR property in the area - very cool and encouraging to see that happening right now. 

Filters clean, ac cooling appropriately, etc. just to be sure it’s not a system issue.

Plus if you pick a cool area like near downtown you can get into an expensive asset and live very cheaply, in a good area, while building wealth.
