It's all becoming clear now as far what my strategy is going to be (buy and hold fourplexes for rental income) and i'm pretty excited.Hopefully i can meet a lot of people on here with the same interests and motivation as me and build some friendships while i take on this journey.Thanks!!

Iis this a friendship deal or business deal?

The biggest issue with posting in the file place is I can not make friendships that way.

Hopefully these conversations offer insight to how you can offer value, and more importantly they lead to friendships, because these are crucial to any investor's success.

welcome jonathon...as charles pointed out, it's great to see more youngins coming to bigger pockets...be careful renting to friends however....i know it makes you feel safe, but it's easy to blur the lines between friendship and business...learn from what i consider my 2nd (of many) mistakes in real estate

As our friendship and mentorship grew they presented to us some real estate strategies one of them being wholesaling. 

Anyway, I am very excited to propel my real estate business forward through building friendships and relationships with all of those willing to do the same with me.
