Your enthusiasm spills over into your writing! 

Appreciate your enthusiasm but find a local REI club and attend a few meetings.

Often times this is accompanied by letting me know all types of code violations currently present.Alternately, when they start going through a range of possible solutions with enthusiasm it usually indicates I'll get a reasonable bid and they are looking for a solution.

I stopped buying occupied homes at auction years ago just because of this  3 suicide attempts and one successful will kind of dampen your enthusiasm.. not to mention people are nuts these days.. you could go to the door and it could turn physically violent.

People don't ever give that high of an escrow unless its a couple million dollar home...I love the enthusiasm though! 

Sometimes, it makes them think back to when they had a mentor and reminds them of the passion and enthusiasm they initially had when they started out. #2).

Keep the enthusiasm!

Especially if an investor is buying a flip where they will make 30,000 they can't expect a broker/agent to have the same enthusiasm to make 2,000 to 3,000 commission for the same work and effort.

Use your youth, enthusiasm, and hunger to get started as an advantage.
