Hi Everyone!

For the past few years, my husband has been going on and on about real estate investing. I listened to all his ideas and tried to learn but I wasn't that interested. About 6 months ago I decided I should try to learn a little bit for myself if this is what we were going to do. Well, now I'm HOOKED!!

My first steps were reading Set for Life, Retire Early with Real Estate, Bigger Pockets Real Estate Podcast and Bigger Pockets Money Podcast. I've learned so much from all of these and I'm so excited about investing and our future to come in real estate. But the most exciting part to me is I've realized that property management may be just the right thing for me, systems and organization are right up my alley!

We are military and will be relocating back to my home state of Texas this Fall :) We will most likely be moving into the New Braunfels/ San Antonio area. Our second investment home will either be a live-in-Flip, live-in-then-rent or a house hack. And maybe even some BRRRR strategies thrown in there.

But I'm super excited for what's about to come and all that is left to learn. If anyone has any advice feel free to send it my way!
