@Zachary Corum, not sure if it’s too late, Just browsing through right now and saw your post, but have you looked into online platforms such as Hemlane? 

For the last weeks I have been browsing listing sites to find a small one family home or maybe a multi family home to buy and rent out.

Through a recommendation of a work colleague, I came across this website and have been browsing for a while but feel like sooner rather than later is a good time to start interacting with others here on the BP forums. 

I just know there are meetings in the big (and small ) hotel and casino chains on how to profit and stop the little guy who has become a nuisance.  

I like browsing through the forums as a way of fun in between doing deals for myself or my clients.They read my body of work and contact me.

So I was browsing the web today and found what seems to be an unrealistically good deal:A New Development (supposed to be done in 2020)30+ units (mix of studio, 1/1, and 2/2)Renting between $975 - $1200 per month (about $34,000 per month for all units)The list price is around $900,000Certainly I must be missing something?

To come on here and ask is just like going to the casino and letting all ride on black or red.
