Am I missing something?
Hi!
I am 20 years old from Swedan and just started thinking about investing in real estate. For the last weeks I have been browsing listing sites to find a small one family home or maybe a multi family home to buy and rent out. Yesterday I found a listing for a 4 apt. house selling for 950.000 Sek (95.000 USD) witch is fully rented out at the moment. It brings in 233.000 Sek (23.300 USD). The house has 65.000 sek (6.500 USD) in reported expenses each year. Adding about 40.000 Sek (4.000 USD), rent and morgage this property would cash flow about 100.000 sek (10.000 USD) positively each year. Is there something major I´m missing? Or is it just a great deal?
