George,we all have that goal but,it is more difficult to make happen than you can imagine.Getting started in LA when facing fierce competition from professionals can be overwhelming.You need training and guidance from experts just to learn to compete at their level.Google the name "Black Belt Investors" in Los Angeles and attend one of their meetings on learning the right way to get started.They have free basic training sessions every month.
