I ask because I've been doing research there and have not been as impressed by looking at the calendars there as I anticipated given some of the hype I've heard around it. 

@Jason Wray why do you anticipate higher cash out rates in January?

No one anticipated so a target market with mediocre employment and landlord unfriendly policies would torpedo a ton of otherwise good deals.

If I’m understanding correctly, after you refinance the property, you are anticipating  nearly $500 of monthly cash flow on a $6-7k investment.

I anticipate having more come in than I can handle and was wondering if anyone knew a great resource on wholesaling just in case I can't handle the project or secure funding on multiple projects. 

Do you anticipate having holdings in multiple states, in which case you may want to consider forming a CA LLC so you don't end up with this problem in the future since you are based in CA as a central tie.
