Cash out on multiple properties
Does anyone know how to get cash out on multiple properties in a single deal? Will such cash out more expensive than obtaining the refinance cash out individually or getting the mortgage in the first place? I like the idea of cash offer / no hassle transaction but want to understand if it comes with a cost later.

@Manish Shah LTV could be factor as well. Working with a bank that carries their own mortgages (ie. portfolio lender) is another option. This works well if you plan to hold for a while.
