I figure the more internet real estate I have the more chances I have at getting the right motivated sellers to contact me.As for my buyer site I would need more of a realtor type site that I can list the properties I have... but not on MLS since I'm not a realtor.Lastly would be my blog website where I can talk about my adventures in wholesaling and give more relevance to my seller/buyer websites since my blog/vlog will have updated content all the time.Thanks!

I understand that young children are demanding, but presumably if babies can be pushed in a stroller on walks and driven on errands, they can also be taken with you to show your rentals and do very light tasks.

I was playing with the "app" definition - I call it an optional, one-stop service that helps you accomplish a task faster, cheaper, or more effeciently (for a small monthly fee).

I'm also suprised by how many times you have a contractor doing work and then you ask them how much extra it would be to do another 20 minute task and they tell you something like $50.
