Put in a media room, an outdoor shooting range, a jacuzzi, firepit, horse shoe pit, have wifi and smart tv's, gas and charcoal grills, kegorator, boxing ring, free weights; and you'll have something similar to one of my larger houses.

Which it has been proven many times that state authorities feel is thin veil is total nonsense.To put it into your terms buying the shoes for $190 & selling them for $210 is not the same as walking into the store and asking the manager if you can stand there all day & sell them to the customers so long as everytime they ring them out they do so at $210 with you getting $20 & the store keeping $190.

I run over 1,000 properties in & around Cleveland & probably 99% of them have much higher taxes than that & we all know that my portfolio isn't in the fancy outer ring suburbs, it's right there in the trenches of Cleveland. 

But since the whole Michael Vick and dog ring thing, I don't see stories like that.

Give them a ring,  I'm sure they'll be able to  accommodate you. 

That doesn't necessarily mean picks up on the first ring, since they may already be on the phone, but you should be getting callbacks within a day at least.

Wuts going on BP community so I’m starting my journey in real estate and I have a full time job I need to get my phone ringing I know ..I put out 20 signs about a week ago to test out the waters and I got one call so far but I live In a real Spanish based community so the call didn’t go well It’s a challenge to negotiate in English imagine in Spanish smh I gotta practice on that aspect but I guess my real question is how do u know if ur in a good market is it population,house prices,cash transaction
