What systems do you use for property management, book keeping, organization of documents, etc?

@Paolo Venezuela you could start with Chapter 14 in Brandon Turner's book on Managing Rental Properties for some Bookkeeping, attend some of his webinars on how to evaluate deals.

I never thought I'd start my RE investment journey through house hacking, but i'm so glad I did because not only are you living for free, but you're also saving on rent and learning the ins & outs of land lording, home maintenance, book keeping, contractors, and so much more.

If you can do all your own bookkeeping, signing documents correctly, etc. 

I own a tax and bookkeeping business.

Maintenance, bookkeeping, annoying tenant calls, etc.

Paying for Adobe probably would not be economical for you ($15 per month) if you only use it for a say 10 leases a year,  but I own a small bookkeeping company and use Adobe all the time.  

I am hopefully going to start bookkeeping part time for a larger multi-family complex to better understand how they function (thoughts on this?). 

This is the basis of bank reconciliation and double-entry bookkeeping. 

Relatively new to the BP community here, I appreciate any thoughts that some of you may have on bookkeeping.
