I've been reserching properties in the Minneapolis area. 

I'm from Madison, WI, but am currently attending school in Minneapolis.

You can easily look on loopnet if you had to, there are 2 multifamily with 5+ units within 15 miles of Minneapolis (as of this posting) -- both are currently selling at about $70,000 per door.

So I have a friend who will be relocating next year and they already own one duplex where they currently live in Minneapolis.They have a good income, savings and are still finding properties that would cashflow here in Minneapolis but haven't bought more because they will be moving.

Hi All,Minneapolis requires a local contact for a rental license:http://www.minneapolismn.gov/inspections/rental/in...I need someone to be an agent to receiving written communications from the city on my behalf.I've searched around and haven't found any place that offers this kind of service besides full service property management which I don't want.Does anyone know of a company that provides this service for a reasonable fee? 

I am probably close to that right now as well over the last 2 years as Minneapolis has the lowest vacancy in the country right now.
