This is by no means a way to insult or belittle the work of the Housing Authority in Madison County.

But there are places like Madison, WI that are growing and there is money to be made with student housing (rental homes) and apartments from young professionals getting their first or second jobs out of college.

Specifically, I am interested in the shoreline communities in the Guilford, Madison area. 

Not as expensive as Guilford/Madison, better area than West Haven/parts of New Haven.Proximity to Yale, good schools/restaurants, low crime, affordable all make it ideal.

She is an awesome agent and extremely knowledgeable of Huntsville, Madison and surrounding areas.

I also have 2 in Madison 35757.  

Its a very nice cozy city, that prides itself on small businesses along Madison and Detroit.I personally think East of Bunts, you will see Cleveland creeping in to Lakewood.

It is unclear how much the Huntsville and Madison growth will directly affect the Shoals area;  hence, I'd look at it independent of Huntsville if you are going to invest there.
