Agents in the Huntsville, AL area
Hi!
I'm a brand new investor in CA and am looking for an investor-friendly agent in the Huntsville area. I'm primarily interested in multi-family units that might need some love. Does anyone in the area have any suggestions or good experiences to share?

@Kris Gucker There are few multi family units in the Huntsville / Madison city markets at the moment and when they come on the market, you have to move fast! Each sale consists of a multi offer situation and many are going for over asking price. It is the same with single family homes $150k and below. I recommend having your financing ready to go so that if a property comes up that you like, you can try and jump on it quickly. I am on MLS for many hours a day, if not on properties (I have a property management company as well). Huntsville and Madison, AL are great places to be! We have a lot of new growth, many companies starting up in Huntsville, a lot of defense contracts being renewed, etc. Good luck!
