Growing up in CT I found the state to be rather boring so when college came around I left the state and went to school in Baltimore, MD at Loyola University.

Hello everyone my name is Richard Lema and I am a 19 year old college student.

We are located in Austin TX which is pretty close to San Marcos TX (both college towns) so it's common to have someone sign a lease guarantee form which makes them liable to pay the rent if the tenant can't for any reason.

My house is a block from a catholic primary school, convenient to a small private college and seminary (divinity school), not too far from freeway access, and a couple blocks from a major bus line (that serves the college, divinity school and downtown).

My wife and I both want to get into real estate. We are both students and only working part time. What would be a good route to getting started?

Again this is just an analysis on what I thought was a good deal and I will not be able to buy this deal as I am waiting till the summer to purchase me first flip as I will not be in college and will have more time.

So get that experience before you spread yourself too thin.BTW, I went to college in Tulsa.

To quote one of my teammates from college who moved there, "they have everything here".

The previous owner bought the 4 plex for his child to live in while the child was at college.
