Could anyone share their knowledge or resources on how to effectively approach this renovation?

Thank you all for all the information and knowledge you folks share in this platform, found out about bigger pockets through a podcast and I was like whaaaattt, these folks know what they are talking about I can learn here so much.

I would love someone who is an active real estate investor and is trained in tax strategy (not a requirement but the more first hand knowledge the better) Anyone got any recommendations for me?

I have no prior real estate knowledge but I am eager to learn and hopefully start investing soon.

If you don’t have the knowledge to be able to decide on parameters, then you need education before contemplating investing. 

I am wondering if anyone out there has knowledge/experience  of examining these assessments/calculations for rental properties?  

During Covid I worked for a Medical Travel company so i would highly suggest with your knowledge to use that in your benefit.

There are a lot of investors that are on this site but either do not post or very seldom and they will reach out to folks they deem knowledgeable or successful and invest with them. 

Work with a knowledgeable independent agent. 

I don't know that creating a portfolio in a year that generates 80k cash flow is a reasonable goal given your current knowledge and assets.
