Same way I'm not gonna attend the time share pitch even if the Jet Ski rental is free after it.

Jet Lending has a great event on the 3rd Wednesday each month at the Texans Grille.

In my opinion, rental tile should be small with lots of grout lines for texture to make the floor less slick, and make repairs easier. 

I am looking for a experienced rental property investor in the southern Indiana area that wouldn't mind mentoring someone just jetting started as a real estate investor.

I guess I except such things as drywall texture, wiring hook up in box,hvac installs,  AND you have to watch them like a hawk so they dont shortcut their jobs.

But its fun to watch the BP investors talk about it.. then watch the Jet set talk about it..

I would specify a good quality shingle also,,,like an Owens Corning 35 year textured shingle,,,hides a multitude of sins if things arent quite square and level.Just cause the shingles are 'cheap' isnt the quality to look for.You probably have a leak because of improper flashing and counterflashing.

Fortunately most aircraft there are small prop planes, but since they extended the main runway several years ago, there may be more corporate jet traffic, and those things can be really noisy too.Otherwise, a house like this makes a good little fixer-upper.
