This thought stayed with me throughout the years, and eventually led me to stumbling upon Bigger Pockets. 

Stumbled across this website by chance, and I'm glad I did.

He didn't stumble into the BP podcast co-host chair, just like he didn't stumble into writing some books and owning a bunch of rental property.

However, believe it or not, an inadvert source I've stumbled upon comes from my misc. life activities.

The reality is, when a newbie stumbles on a great deal, they run the numbers, they call their lender, they build a spreadsheet, they ask their friends to come walk the property with them, they post on BP and wait for strangers to verify whether or not this is, indeed, a good deal.An experienced investor just scoops it up right away. 

So I stumbled upon real estate investing and I thought that if anybody who is determined and invested time into it and become successful.

As a guarantor, the parent has the right to know if little Johnny or Janey are meeting their {financial} obligations and the privilege of opening their wallet if they fail.Nothing like a {student tenant} stumbling our of bed on a Saturday morning and encountering helicopter mom in the kitchen to disrupt social cohesion between house/flat-mates.

I've just stumbled on to Real Estate Investing Mastery, FlipNerd, Cashflow Diary, and Real Estate Investing for Cashflow.

Hopefully someone stumbles across this post and can help.
