I'm a young entrepreneur with a growing E-Commerce business. I'd love to make an entrance into the real estate market by purchasing a duplex and renting out one side and living in the other. 

Stumbled across this website by chance, and I'm glad I did. Looks like I've got quite a bit of learning to do. Anyway, hello. :)
