I also learned a little from my dad and my older brother were both into real estate and construction.I still live in Dallas County but, unfortunately, I had a brain annurism and a stroke that made me bedridden since then but my brain surgery was positive I feel lucky to be still alive.

i would like to insulate myself as well as the seller from any risk. sometimes i will be working with another home stager and only supplying the artwork. either way, it would behoove me to have this covered from my end, hopefully nominally as far as price point, to make for a smooth and happy transaction for everyone. i'm trying to build a template which can be utilized for the broad brush strokes of this type of business. are there any other questions i should be asking?

If the locks you took off are still in good shape just use them at a new address.I am 59 years old and I found BP about 8 months ago and I am still learning and deciding what to do while I am recovering from a brain annurism and a stroke.

If it wasn't for my brain aneurism and stroke at 54 years old I'd probably still be doing that but it has almost been about 9 years since that happened and I still cannot walk, drive, and work ever since but I've been learning a lot about real estate investing, sales, and businesses.I believe college is good today for learning to become a specialist, like Doctors and Lawyers and maturity.

move as the other Jay has suggested into small multi units.. if its doors you want  then don't fight trying to buy all these doors one at a time.. buy one property with 10 doors... you will get there much faster and find it much easier to finance now you do need the down stroke of course.
