Buy and hold in Medford Oregon
I looking for good areas to invest in Oregon. I like Medford it seems like a growing area. Does anyone have insight on investing in Medford? Just curious about the market, rents, up and coming areas, and future growth of the community? I'm a new investor and I have my feelers out.
