My position is if you have money and can stroke a check and want to have a big over view and then decide go for it.if you have to put it on credit cards that in my mind means your not properly capitalized to do real estate in any fashion.

Then they will have their hand out any chance they get and may not screen the buyers as well because they want lot rent now and if the buyer is a bum, they know that I'll have to stroke checks for the dead beat.

As to the ethical side again, you're saying I suppose that you don't treat people the same, you base how you treat them based on your ease of communicating with them, so, you have no issue with not renting to a stroke victim who has difficulty in speaking but is still self reliant or an accident victim who can't speak due to an injury.

The government taking a broad brush stroke to interpret vague language the way they want to doesn't cut it.

Stroke the tenant a little but otherwise Ignore them, If you are happy with the service that is all that matters.
