Current property i'm looking into has possibility of 2200mo '1300mo currently making' with a price of the building for 55k has been remodeled inside strangely low in the area sold by owner???

Hey there, as you can see I’m new here but I came across this strange deal and was just dying to know what some of you who have been in the game a while thought of it.

It's not all that strange to have an owner also be the property manager of course, especially on a smaller multi-unit, but the listing agent is acting a bit strangely.

Nobody in the US wants to call a number and hear a strange accent with a name they can't spell.For outbound marketing: Each day (or night for them) they call your contacts/customers and either collect the information you want, set an appointment to speak with you, or they leave messages on voicemail.

I find it a little strange.

Looks for properties that are owned by strangely named LLCs, trusts, and non-disclosure state entities.

Anyone that would do this type of remodel would concern me and I would look for other similarly strange work/additions. 

I think I would prefer vinyl more I was just curious if that would be a bit strange being carpet on the first two floors. 

In my properties I tend to default towards fixing strange floor plans and correcting issues that make the architure look strange.
