The appeal of AirBnB, as opposed to the standardized consistent hotel experience, is the opportunity to find the type of vacation or stay that each person wants, whether that is living with/like locals in neighborhoods where hotels don't exist or can't offer, getting more space with the facilities you want (i.e. kitchen, backyard, personal jacuzzi, theatre room, etc.) perhaps at a more affordable price, or sharing a home with others where you can share a home-cooked meal or exchange stories around a fire pit at night.

Having a room-mate in the house for the full 30 days, bringing guests, cooking, and doing whatever else people do during their day at home, would cause more chances to be disturbed whilst working.

I've delivered water to drink, cook, flush etc.

I've seen a lot of posts about cook stoves but this is for heat.

Would you investors jump at the opportunity to work with an agent that will cook up deals both on and off the MLS?

During this time, she wasn't able to use or park in the garage, use the kitchen to cook ( she ate out for 3 weeks except for some microwave dishes) since there was no water in the kitchen and it smelled really bad, and there were a bunch of construction guys coming in and out, and the place was just a mess from different crews leaving junk behind after the day was over. 

@Eben Cook- On my first rental, I'm cash flowing pretty good and here in Louisiana our property taxes is not as high as Texas.

But thinking about it I could see it being nice while cooking to have all your spices, plates/pans etc all right there in the open.
