Excellent reply @Shaun ReillyNot being able to get out of the HML was one of the things that crossed my mind.My plan going forward is to talk to a RMLO who deals with investors and a HML and tell them my plan.

I wanted to start investing a few years ago and had bought Short Sale Weath by Shaun McCloskey, but life events prevented me from pursuing any further.
