Starting out in Virginia
Hi BP, I wanted to introduce myself. I'm 28 and have decided to give real estate investing another serious commitment. I wanted to start investing a few years ago and had bought Short Sale Weath by Shaun McCloskey, but life events prevented me from pursuing any further.
In this New Year after a lot of personal trials I realized I needed to take control of my life and give investing another shot. I am going to wholesale first to get my leg up financially then I would like to get into rehabs and ultimately buy and hold. I have one rental in my hometown and I own my primary residence.
I have been perusing the website and have found a lot of really great information. I am excited and know that this is something that will take time. I want to thank BP in advance for the help I have already received and for the invaluable information on this site.
