I am looking for cashflow  - no really flip and fix market .Looking for person/agent/team   who is expert in the market can guide in securing the first  two deal .I am open to consider the single family house and multifamily apartment building  You'll get more responses by posting this in the Classifieds section.

I have the CC&Rs and the relevant section states:(A) Unit may only be used for a single family dwelling.

You may want to consider having the newel matched and adding a few more...place another at the corner at the top of the stair and one at the corner closest to you in the photo.

I cannot think of anything  I have a duplex that I found out a month ago that at some point in the past the property kitty corner had the units converted to condo and the owner is selling both units individually.  

The Fed painted themselves into a corner over the last decade plus, partly because the gutting of the manufacturing sector meant that housing & service had to take up the slack for the loss of jobs (direct and ancillary).

@Michael Acosta With some of the trades there the few options know they have the market cornered.
