HI, @Alexa Your best bet is to keep scouring the forums and interacting with other members.

Prices for SFRs and smaller multi units are so inflated with Mom and Pop investors that scour the internet that good value is difficult to find.

Some mentees will act as a bloodhound for the mentor, knocking on doors, driving for dollars, scouring the internet, making cold calls, or performing other services that help the mentor find new deals.

Hello All, Last night I scoured BP and found so many different things on the Seller Financing process.

I know there is a ton of information here which I will scour to get lots of info, but my wife and I are purchasing a home to use as a short term rental/place for my mom and dad to stay a couple months out of the year.  

I've been scouring Zillow but it's hard to tell.
