It's so refreshing to see someone come on here and attribute their success to plain old hard work.

Great info for sure, and even though we have our systems that work pretty well, it is always refreshing to learn new aspects of other people's experiences.

Worst comes to worst, you don't learn much from it, but it is a refresher to keep you up to date.

If we don't sell NOW, we may shop around in future years, as it appears that at least for the time being, the corporate consolidators are happy enough to wait on us and refresh/revise their offer yearly for as long as it takes.Also, individual purchasers (if they are savvy) would nearly always want to buy the RE along with the business (as we did).

It starts off simple and is very refreshing as it's low on jargon (Maybe I'm too used to it by now).

You can get a decent cosmetic refresh/remodel (flooring, paint, new countertops, appliances, backsplash) done for $12K, depending on the size of the property. 

I have made it a point to read the Texas Residential Property Code cover to cover multiple times and always refer back to it when I have questions or feel like I need a refresher.  

We believe in Kaizen (Japanese philosophy for continuous improvement) and CANI (Uncle Tony’s take on continuous improvement).The real estate agent I work with is the best.
