Have your roster of contractors per type of emergency.

They seem more interested in making money for themselves and their contractors than in making money for you.Here are some issues highlighted with them:1) Communication: - Communication becomes extremely slow after signing up with them.

I have a mini ex , skid steer  , and kubota tractor  plus a dump trailer  But , I am also a contractor .   

Many thanks in advance,Victor Talking with my friends contractors in the area... some of this contractor offered very low price for their projects betting to build many units and market changed and they simply started to file bankruptcy... when comparing cost it's common you will find higher costs ... been in this market last few years, houses will start to move again in the next months in a normal cycle (not pandemic cycle) , if you're goal is getting long term rental in place for delay gratification...

We added a second high efficiency boiler that also heats water- Brute Combi-boiler, had the HVAC contractor add lines and a new Natural gas service.

So I am wondering what's the best way to find contractors? 

My contractor who specializes in mobile home remodels said expect rehab to be 100k +- 20%, and my agent gave me comps in that same park that averaged 250k.

Does the realtor have a good team behind them (lender, home inspector, contractors)? 

I know ur supposed to live there a year if you sign the homeowner thing, but ur allowed to pull for contractors also.
