It’s a 50 year old building and was left unoccupied for years but still it’s doors, windows and all other wooden works remain in a good condition but the problem is with the bathrooms and kitchen.

Game Plan: find a property that needs a roof, bath and kitchen remodel, and landscaping.

If you don't need to sell right away you need to consider holding costs and redecorating costs if you rent. and it will take a while to find tenant.
