@Edward C.Northern suburbs seem to be doing well (Cedar Park, Round Rock), but given the amount of growth there coupled with low inventory it makes sense.

@Rich O'Neill So the unfortunate thing is, the most recent plumber tried to shut off the valve at our waterbox, but said he couldn’t access it due to some sort of dirt/rocks in the access pipes.

Also, what are the "big rocks" to focus on to make that goal of full-time agent a reality?
