Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $174,900
Cash invested: $2,000

Hello, not only am I new to the site I'm also a new property investor. I just start taking investing seriously and started my own company Eugene Housing Corp LLC With so far just one townhome property under my portfolio with my 1st tenant

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

this is a townhouse in a booming neighborhood on the rise

this was a first time started home that I live in for 2 years before tuning it into a investment property

How did you add value to the deal?

front yard renovation. removed all bushes and trees and placed rock and garden also added a water filtration system inside the home
